3 consecutive adaptors

Probably not as you are going from an analog only(VGA) to Digital only(HDMI). Somewhere in there you are going to need an active converter(A2D) not just a pass-thru passive adapter.

I have GOT to remember to refresh a thread before posting! Bignastyid beat me to it.! 😀

3 adapters together will work in a general sense.
Reminds of my work's abomination adapter: Eternet to DB-25, DB-25 gender changer, DB-25 to DB-9, DB-9 to USB.

Now the normal DVI-VGA adapters are not active adapters, they do not actually convert the data, they just change what wires the data goes to.
You see a DVI-I port has the data for both a DVI conenction and a VGA connection, thus the adapter is not changing the data, it is simply changing the wriing configuration. You can ONLY use one of these adapters on a DVI-I port to get a VGA connction, you cant turn a VGA connection to a DVI connection.

Now if you have an active VGA to DVI adapter, then you could connect a DVI to HDMI cable or adapter and it will work (for video only, no audio).

If you dont have anything yet the much much easier route is gettng a VGA to HDMI adapter which also allows you to inject stereo or optical audio.

That depends are you trying to go from a VGA output to a HDMI input or HDMI output to VGA input? That only goes one way. It will convert digital to analog to go from HDMI to VGA. If you are going from an VGA output to HDMI input you'll need something like this.

With the one you sent, I'd plug the vga male into my monitor. But I see no HDMI male.

Adapter has HDMI female port, you still need a male to male HDMI cable to connect to TV.
If the Adapter plugged straight into TV:
A) the weight of the adapter would likely damage the port in the TV
B) you would have to have USB, VGA and AUDIO cables stretched from the TV to the PC (vs just a single HDMI cable)

I know the site is not in English, but will this one work? It's for my second small monitor, so I'm looking for the cheapest thing I can get.

Possibly. The description does not indicate if it's passive or active and you need active.
