3 crashes, one day so far

My WD blue has never failed me. I Never had a crash, It always responded. But... lately It has crashed maybe more than 5 times in the last five days. Something about "CORRUPTED_DRIVER_ something, something" and, "DRIVER_NOT_EQUAL_OR_NULL" or something like that. My PC has also restarted for no reason twice in the week. Both can tell me it's my power supply, an Antec VP-630-F. I've had it for less than a year, but It's not a very great power supply.

Built by Delta Electronics, I would say it is likely a very good PSU (I found no legitimate reviews for that model but Delta is one of the premier PSU manufacturers) but even the best of PSU's can fail prematurely. I'd recommend initiating RMA through Antec.
