Hi!!

I just recently bought a SAPPHIRE R9 280 (Supposebly has 6 monitor capability)

Right now I am attempting to use the following screens for a 3 screen setup...)
1) 24 Inch Screen (DVI) -------- 1x DVI
2) 21 Inch Screen (VGA -> DVI) -------- 1x DVI
3) 42 Inch Flat Screen TV (HDMI -> DisplayPort) -------- 1x DP

THE ISSUE:
I can use my main screen 1) and another screen, either 2) or 3) but not 1), 2), 3) together...
My PC detects all 3 screens but it will not allow me to use all 3 simultaneously, any suggestions guys??

My card has 2x DVI, 1x HDMI, 1x DisplayPort.

I'm currently using the below setup:

1) 24 Inch Screen (DVI) -------- 1x DVI
2) 21 Inch Screen (VGA converted to DVI) -------- 1x DVI
3) 42 Inch Flat Screen TV (HDMI converted to DisplayPort) -------- 1x DP

Actual connection to the card is 2x DVI, 1x DP (After conversion)

That wont solve his issue he already said that he can use that monitor with another one, just not all 3 at once. If the monitor isn't working that's not the issue. You need to have one monitor connected to the displayport on the card for 3 monitors.

One of my monitors is already connected to the DisplayPort. I was looking into Active/Passive Adapters and my understanding is that it has to been an active adapter on the DP or the 3rd monitor doesn't work.

Not true, if he has a passive adapter the issue makes perfect sense. a DP not working will prevent the third monitor from working, this is due to the passive adapter not converting DP signals into HDMI.

Although, the passive adapter works if it is just my main monitor and it. I assume its just for the 3rd and above monitors that need active?
