3 e d c keys not working

My HP Laptop (Pavilion Sleekbook 14) randomly started not working when I press 3 e d or c. They sometimes work and sometimes don't. I have to use the OSK. What am I supposed to do?

Hi, I suggest to remove the ribbon for the keyboard from the connector on the motherboard, after reconnect the ribbon, verify to see if the problem is solved.
