If I set it all high, it'll make a somewhat loud noise, and my old model of the same computer made only a whistle.

Solution B B brispuss Jan 18, 2015 Suspect either the case and/or some other component (possibly the fan bodies) are just vibrating because of the three fans running simultaneously. Possibly beginning of fan bearing failure (also), but unlikely to occur in all three fans at once, unless fans are low quality.
