3 Fans Make a Strange Buzzing Noise

I've had this computer under a month and it kept making a strange buzz noise if I turn fans 2, 3, and 4 down (other fans are fine). If I set it all high, it'll make a somewhat loud noise, and my old model of the same computer made only a whistle.

Suspect either the case and/or some other component (possibly the fan bodies) are just vibrating because of the three fans running simultaneously.

Possibly beginning of fan bearing failure (also), but unlikely to occur in all three fans at once, unless fans are low quality.
