3 FPS in all games?

well, ive recently moved to new WD 2TB HDD and since thenall of my games get no more that 3 FPS. I've got an AMD FX-8320 and a Sapphire R9 270X 2GB along with 8GB of 1600 RAM. there is no reason for GTA 4 or battlefield 3 to do this! any suggestions? Ive got the latest drivers installed, and there is no onboard graphics on my motherboard.

Well unless your new HDD is a 5400RPM drive, sounds like your drivers / Windows is fragged up.

Remove all ATI/AMD software from PROGRAMS,
download either 3D Guru's Driver Sweeper or download Driver Fusion and really remove all the AMD/ATI elements.
Reboot and be in VGA mode, go to AMD and download then install the latest drivers, but scroll down sometimes the newest is towards the bottom NOT TOP of the page (Catalyst).

Download and run SPECCY, copy and paste the first tab to show your idle temps
Download and run MSI Afterburner, run some of the games, what temps / FPS are you getting when underload?
