Question 3 Monitor Problem. Help please

So I bought an alienware AW2518H 240hz monitor. I plugged it in to my graphics card via display port and noticed its capped at 200hz in nvidia settings. When I remove my asus monitor 144hz which is connected via dvi to my graphics card and my acer 60hz monitor which is connected via hdmi to back of my pc, im then able to set the alienware to 240hz. If I plug any monitor back in, it gets set back to 200hz. Anyone know what I need to do, so i can stay at 240hz and have all 3 monitors plugged in? PC SPECS: i5 9600k, Asus GeForce GTX 1070 Ti, 32 gb ram.

They need to all be display port. But this could all be affected due to the fact you have multiple monitors of varying refresh rates.
