3 monitor ps4 setup only?

i want to get into running 3 monitors on my playstation 4. is there a way to split the hdmi to all 3 monitors at the same time?

If you are trying to run surround that is not possible.

The PS4 only supports 1 display output at a time.
A splitter would just mirror the same image 3 times.

That's a thing only computers can do.
