3 monitor setup windows not booting

So i have 2 of my monitors running from my gpu and the third one running using the integrated graphics
It worked fine for a long time but now it just doesn't show me the logon screen
It posts and has the windows logo while booting on the third monitor but it doesn't show me the logon screen
I don't even know if it got to the logon screen
My main monitor turned gray and I can move my cursor over all three monitors
Disabling the third monitor fixes this but I would still like to use all 3

is the gpu plug plugged in also maybe need to set primary boot method pcie or igpu
