3 Monitors In What Order?

I have 3 monitors connected to a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050TI. I use the display port to one monitor, the hdmi to another monitor and last monitor to the DVI port. Does it matter which monitor is 1 or 2 or 3. I can't seem to get the cursor to flow evenly over all 3 monitors. I use Win 7 and I play very low level games but mostly use the monitors to display three things while working. Looking at the monitors seated in front of them, Left to Right, I would like to have 3-2-1 with one being the main monitor. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The way the monitors are physically arranged shouldn't matter. You can arrange their virtual arrangement, and choose which one is the primary monitor, all within within Windows display settings.
