3 monitors to one graphics card ?

Hey guys so I want to improve my setup, right now I only have one hp pavilion 2311x and one msi GeForce gt 730 and I want to get two other monitors, in particular two of these http://www.amazon.com/Acer-H236HL-bid-23-Inch-Widescreen/dp/B00AZMLIDQ

and I was wondering if I can hook all of them up to one graphics card it has 3 slots hdmi vga and some sort of dvi port, will I need an adapter to make all three monitors work on one graphics card???

I have 3 monitors on my 970 and I need 1 adapter, it all depends on what plugs on your monitirs and the back of the card.

Well the hp has an hdmi slot which I use with the card and the other two monitors have HDMI vga and dvi, what is the adapter called
