3 Monitors

i want to run 3 monitors at one time with 5750 radeon card but it only pick up 2

The 3rd monitor must be connected via DisplayPort.

Connecting DVI-D, DVI-D and HDMI will not work.

I believe it must be DVI-D, DVI-D, and DisplayPort or DVI-D, HDMI and DisplayPort.
