thats the full spec list in case its needed. Anyways after a couple months of having this PC it started rebooting on its own and I would get a message saying Asus anti-surge protection activated because it detected a surge. I read into this and apparently this feature gets a lot of false positives. I turned the feature off and like magic the PC ran fine for about a month more. Now just a few days ago the PC wouldnt boot on when I tried turning it on. Basically it sounded like the motherboard would turn on but nothing else would. No fans no display on my monitor. I unplugged the PC and plugged it straight into a wall outlet and it turned on but now its turning off randomly and all the fans are spinning at what seems like 100%. This has happened multiple times and im wondering if this is a problem with the motherboard (its an asus motherboard and i hear their rma process is terrible and i dont wanna go through that) or if its the PSU. So first I tried making sure all the cables from the psu to all the components were properly in. Still got a shut down. Just 30 minutes ago I reset the bios and am praying to god it wont shut down yet again on me but im not expecting any miracles. It is a little dusty in there (not very bad tho) so would that be causing this? If needed I can also provide pictures of the inside of my case. Also just to be a little more clear the rate at which my PC shuts down is completely random. It's happened maybe 5 times now all while either just simply browsing and playing rocket league and there are times where I've used the PC a whole day without one shutdown while playing games like sins of a solar empire or h1z1. I did have the PC overclocked after the anti-surge event (not directly after but probably 3 weeks) and I went through that very carefully until getting a stable overclock at 4.5GHz. That of course reverted with the bios update. Im wondering if this would be a PSU problem? If it continues should I rma it? Or would this be a motherboard issue? Thats what I think it may be.. Any help appreciated!

Ah Im sorry I didnt seem to mention this but its not a overheating problem. My temps are VERY good for all my components. CPU temps are 20 degrees Celsius while idle and only about 40 under load. GPU is about 40 degrees Celsius idle and about 60 when under load and those temps are more than acceptable. Cant believe I forgot to include that in my original post.
