3 Montors with Radeon HD 7950

I'm using a Radeon HD 7950 3gb GPU and currently have two monitors hooked up(LG 22EA53 and Dell 1708FP-BLK) My LG is connected via DVI and my dell is connected via D-sub with a DVI adapter. My other dell that im trying to connect is using D-sub as well and i have (DINO DCA101-HV HDMI to VGA+Audio converter) but when i plug it in it stays black and in catalyst it tells me that i need to disable a monitor before i can use this one...any ideas of what to do?

For 3 or more monitors you need to use an active mini display port - DVI adapter with at least one of your monitors. What you do with the other two doesn't matter as long as one of the monitors is using the adapter.

Yeah that will work. As long as it gives off an active signal it'll do the job.

The best way to do 3 monitors is one DisplayPort, one HDMI, and one DVI. It's the most recommended way! :-D
