3 new monitors and a drawing tablet

I'm looking for 3 good 1080p monitors and a decent drawing tablet. What should I choose? Since there are a lot out there, I don't what to really choose btw the budget is $750

Tablets start at $25 and go to $2k .... can ya give us an idea of what you will be doing ?

Will there be any other uses of the monitors other than "drawing" ? Gaming, photo editing etc ?

Is color accuracy and wide viewing angle (pictures) more important than contrast ratio and response time ?

I will be mostly doing art which are at the size 2k pixels minimum so the tablet would be like 16in. or so.
I prefer more of color accuracy and wide viewing angle.
