[SOLVED] 3 pin argb to 4 pin rgb header on motherboard?

Hello,

I have an Asus rog strix b450, with only two 4 pin rgb headers.
I have these 3 pin argb fans that I would like to link op with Asus aura, how would one do this?

If converting between 5v and 12v is only doable with a controller, which ones would work well?

You can't just convert 12 to 5v and other way around because RGB (12v, 4 pin) and ARGB (5v, 3pin) use different system of control. You can think of RGB as as analog and ARGB as digital control.
