I have this CPU fan, Thermaltake Gravity i2 95W. I have a ASUS Z 390 - P and i7 9700K. It is a 3 pin fan. Is this compatible? I read reviews that I need a 4 pin fan.

That cooler is not good for i9700K , it is for 65 watts max CPU. never use it with that CPU.

True it is rated 95 watts but you need more head room ...

get at least 150 watts cooler for that CPU.

No I wouldn't dare put a 9700k underneath it, plus the rpm speed for that heatsink fan is too low.

One of these will do it justice especially if your price limit is under 75.00 dollars, also use the thermal grease I linked.
