3 pin fan Y splitter on Mindfactory.de

I am thinking of purchacing all the pc parts for my new build from Mindfactory.de, and am looking for either a 3pin y splitter for 2 fans, or a 3 pin to molex adapter, as the mobo i wish to purchace has only one fan header, and I wish to use to case fans. I am quite new to pc hardware and do not know the difference between male and female molex connectors and cant seem to find a suitable adapter from the site. Any links to the site with an adapter would be appretiated

Note: all fans plugged directly into PSU will run 100% all the time.

As far as connectors go, male connectors are those where you can see pins in the connector, while female connector has holes for the pins to go into. Here's molex connector as an example, two on the left are female while the right one is male connector,
