3 Pin Fans Connected Into 4 pin splitter

So I have two Corsair AF120mm fans in my case. They make alot of noise considering my room is always quit. I want to purchase this:

I want to buy a pwm fan and connect the two non-pwm fans into that hub as well. In doing this, I hope by regulating the pwm fan, I can manipulate the speed of the non-pwm fans as well. Will this process work? Or because they are two non-pwm, they cannot be regulated by a hub. Thanks for the feedback guys, I really appreciate it.

No, that wont work the way you plan.
All that hub does is split the PWM signal to 4 fans, the fan itself still has to take advantage of that signal.

The only way to manage 3 pin fans is voltage control (certain motherboard headders can do this)

For a PWM hub you MUST use PWM fans or it will not work correctly. The Data signal will not report properly. Some people think that they'll all run at the speed of the PWM fan, and most of the time they just don't come on.
