3 Pin to 4 pin molex connector

Would this work? I'm trying to connect my fans to my psu since i only have one slot one my motherboard for the system fan

i bought an open box item, so it didnt come with the adapters, if it was retail it would've. i was just wondering since the molex has 3 pins but in the psu there are 4 holes

Ok, it should work, even though there is only 3 pins, it's made to fit with 4, it just only needs 3.
