3 sec Beep during 4k Playback?

Hi Gang!

So I have davinci Resolve (video grading app) on a new machine here using a asus x99 Deluxe II motherboard, two CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 32GB 288-Pin DDR4 at 3200, and i7-5820K cpu, NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1070 graphic board.
Anyway this is a new symptom as of today, when I playback a somewhat effected 4k video that I am grading, the motherboard starts beeping a 3 second beep. Didn't do this before.
Nothing changed, etc.

Any tips welcomed!

Look in your manual for what the different beeps stand for. Dont have the manual? Look on the website to find the manual for your motherboard and look it up.

it may have something to do with the amount of power it is getting. what kind of power supply do you have?

I am an idiot.

It wasn't the computer that was beeping it was the UPS battery unit that was complaining for too much wattage consumption.
I had another computer connected to it as well, so when I was playing back the 4k footage, the machine was drawing maximum power, alerting the UPS unit.
