3 Things needed help with

I have a case that the audio jack is broken on, and usb ports don't seem to work on. The case I have is (Switch 810) Is there a way to replace this? (not the case but the usb hub network)
Also, I want to invest into a new sound system, I've seen some builds have these fancy audio things, I forget what it was called, but if you can help with that, thanks. Also, Do you have problems with your mic settings levels default back to 100, I change mine to 70 and after a restart or randomly trough out the day, it defaults back to 100

Depending on how long you've owned this case, it has a 2yr warranty. Even if you're out of warranty I'd try calling nzxt and seeing if there's an option to buy a replacement panel for the up front usb/audio. The only other solution I can think of is purchasing an add on panel to go in one of the front bays like one of these here http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Description=Front%20Panel%20USB%203&Submit=ENE

I'm not sure how fancy you want to go with a sound system. 2 speakers and a powered subwoofer? 5.1? 7.1? You might be referring to a sound card like a soundblaster audigy which has audio processors on it and multiple outputs for speakers. More than left/right/headphones. It would also depend on what motherboard you have, some motherboards have nice audio already built in.

Alright, I have a rog maximum iv formula, but for some reason, My surround system doesn't want to play 5.1 or 7.1 just plays the 2 center ones.

On similar motherboards people have had luck plugging the rear speakers into what's called the 'side' outputs.
