3 voltage problem in asus p8h61-m

when i start my asus p8h61-m lx, it shows low voltage.
On my motherboard, it is printed that model is asus p8h61-m lx and uefi bios, but inside, it shows p8h61-m lx3 and efi bios
and when i boot win. 7 it restarts when win. logo appears.
Also Provide solution for the problem that it is showing EFI BIOS instead of UEFI BIOS.

UEFI = Universal EFI so it's same thing. Windows makes EFI partition to use UEFI type of BIOS. Is it a newly made computer and/or did it work before ?
