i have an evga classified 3 with an I-7 975 cpu clocked at 4.4 and 12 gigs of dominator gt ram 2000 3 dimms set at 1860, 240 gig ssd drive h100 and an antec 1200 watt high current pro psu, i plan on running 3 27 inch acer 3d monitors in 3 d surround , i am running 2evga 580s in sli plus a gtx 250 dedicated for physx . I have an extra evga 580 card and was wondering if this would bottleneck my cpu if i went 3 way sli with all 580s. I am using this build for gaming and also was wondering if it would help in 3d surround. Thank you guys for your input ,i know it sounds like over kill but i won the 3rd card and want to put it to use if i can benifit and i am not worried about power consumption.

seems like its not worth it unless it helps out with 3d surround at 5650x 1080 what do you think, or should i sell the card

I'd go with the 3 cards. After all, only a few games benefit from having a dedicated PhysX card. I think you would get a better overall experience using 3 580s in SLI and even in games that use PhysX using all 3 580s might prove faster than using two 580s for graphics and one 250 for physx
