I will use my pc for gaming and editing, but I only do editings for my youtube channel and I use sony vegas. Also, I use gimp. I need to get the maximum graphics possible. I will be using a triple 1440p setup. I will go for a 980 ti.

It depends on your budget but 2 way SLI is definitely a better value than 3 way SLI due to imperfect scaling.

If you are building a computer you should let me give a go at picking parts, what is your budget? Where do you live? do you need an OS? any part preferences?

IMO you should stick with 2 way sli because that is PLENTY for ultra 4k gaming and it doesn't scale well if you go to 3 anyways.

Really the only thing i would change is the fans, you want static optimized fans for radiators like the gentle typhoon or the corsair sp series. air flow fans are not the way to go for radiators.

you should send pics after it is done. Are you doing this yourself?

Yes, I will get this pc on december since I am low on cash

even then dual titan x might be better for rendering than triple 980ti.

And for video editing a 5820k or a 5930k would be better, even a 5960x in this price range depending on how cpu/gpu intensive the application you are using it for is.

And if you are buying in December then i would not start putting something together on pcpartpicker now as there will probably be different and better options in December.

I know, im waiting for the maximus viii extreme.
