Question 3 x HDMI ARC TVs in and 1 HDMI ARC soundbar out, matrix or switch?

I have 3 TVs on my wall, a 50" Samsung, a 43" TLC and a 50" TLC. My wife uses her Samsung and I play on my 50" TLC with google calendar in the middle 43". If we both watch something different which is very rarely I will use my earbuds and she can use the soundbar. All 3 work just fine with the sound bar. When we watch something together we use the middle 43"TLC. I am looking for a matrix or switch to allow auto switching with manual (IR remote control) switching. I have tried a couple units and have had no luck. I can not find a matrix or switch that has more than 1 HDMI ARC input.

I have searched for 3 HDMI ARC tvs input and 1 HDMI ARC soundbar output, Multi HDMI ARC tvs in and multiple or single HDMI ARC output for soundbar. I can not find anything. Can you recommend a device that will closely meet this? I do not want to use optical or A/V as that will mean another remote.
