3 year old PC takes a very long time to POST

Hey guys,

I have an ASUS M5A97 Mobo, AMD 8370 Black Edition CPU, 2x4GB G.Skill Ripjaws RAM, 1x1TB HDD, 1x2TB HDD, 1x256GB SSD and a Sapphire Toxic R9 280X... oh and an Acrum 80 plus gold 750W PSU

PC takes a very long time to POST, and when it does it doesn't beep at all just starts loading windows 10 Pro,

Not overclocked at all, very safe BIOS settings, only use PC for a Tiny bit of War Thunder 2 - 3 times a month and mostly web browsing/online purchasing/forum browsing...


Could it be the CMOS battery?


Has been a long build over time... Started with the MOBO and very old components and slowly got it to where it is now,

That build reminds me of my super old build. Are you booting from the ssd?

Yes booting off SSD, sometimes the other HDD's dont get recognized and it boots with 0,1 or both HDD's
