Getting really low cpu and gpu usage when playing games,
specs
RTX 2060 Super
Ryzen 5 2600x 3.6 ghz
MSI Tomahawk b450
16gb Ddr4 3000mhz
OS installed on m.2 as well as main games
mainly fps drops and stutters , around 60+ on Escape From Tarkov, Bigger maps tend to drop to 40-50 for the majority of the game leaving it unplayable,
tried everything at this point... Installed DDU, reinstalled drivers... Framerate guides etc... Even bought a new psu which of course never helped.
what are my options at this point. new cpu and motherboard?
