Specs: AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT 12-core @ 3.79 GHz
X570 Gaming X Gigabyte motherboard
16GB 3600MHZ corsair DDR4
Gigabyte 3080 RTX 10GB connected with a DisplayPort cable
1TB M.2 hard drive houses my games, separate from another M.2 for my C drive
Corsair 850W RM 80+ Gold fully modular power supply.
GPU usage never goes above 40-45%, CPU at about 35-45%, and RAM 60%-ish
Oddest thing is for NFS:H, low settings and ultra settings only change my FPS by like 10 at the most, from about 35 on low, and 30 on ultra. Fallout 76 was all on LOW settings as well. I tried out Monster Hunter World and got like 50-70 FPS on the highest settings. CPU was at about 65% and GPU at about 15%-20% in MHW.
Just installed the newest drivers too. This was a recent build, so I can't say "It worked fine before" lol.'
Some advice would be appreciated.
