30 FPS is not as smooth as it should be. [GTX 750 ti 2gb]

Specs: i7, 8 gb ram, gtx 750 ti strix,
I've got this issue. Games which are running at 30 fps (eg far cry) are performing very bad. Console games and youtube videos are 30 fps as well, but they look way more smooth than games. Everyone can help ? Using newest drivers and Vsync is off.

It would help to mention what graphic settings you are using.

turn vsnc on in the nvidia control panel. set it to override application settings. it should help with frame timing issues.

on far cry in particular post processing is a resource hog. turn it to minimum
also turn off fxaa if you use post fx use 1 or the other as they cripple performance for no visual benefit when used together.
