Hello guys! I have a 30 pin connector in my car to play music but I don't have any devices with 30 pin charging port to use. So I was wondering if it is possible to cut the wire and connect a Lightning connector head to it by wiring it again. What I searched on the internet, it appears that both of these charging heads has these same 4 wires in them. charging positive, charging negative, data positive and data negative. Thanks for your answers

Most probably, the other end of this 30-pin connector in your car goes to an USB connector. In that case, you will have to replace this with off-the-shelf Lighting-to-USB cable, with some mechanical work to ensure the phone will stay put into the cradle.

Without actually checking that, it will be difficult to recommend any fix.
More information needed:

What players, speakers, amplifiers, etc., do you have in the car?

Make, model, versions?

It may be possible but you will need the necessary device schematics and pinouts.

Current connectivity could be standard or proprietary. Or mixed.

Also instead of needing to cut wires you may be able to find and use some sort of adapter(s).
