Question 300 download speed but pc downloading at <20-100 mbps

No ones on wifi, 300+ download speed and I’m currently downloading modern warfare at 17 mb/s

Nothing running in background, no antivirus etc

any help?

Just because you have a download speed doesn’t mean you’re going to get that performance from every server you connect to
