I can't go beyond the 300$ currently. I already have a case.

Can I run Autocad, Solidworks, etc on this PC?

I'm just starting off with those softwares so it is enough if I run them.

Please suggest any alternatives in the budget.

Yeah it's perfectly fine. I'd probably get the EVGA 430W instead. The 400W is quite poor. You can get an H110 motherboard perhaps to save money for a better PSU.
