300 wat ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Low Profile 4GB

It should run just fine. However, a lot will depend on the rest of your system and the quality of that 300w PSU, not all PSUs are made equally.
If you don't mind listing your main components and the make and model of that 300w PSU, then we could give you a more accurate answer.....I assume you don't want to risk expensive components to a crap PSU.

Actually, currently my deskopt has 240 watt and my specs are :
intel core i5 3470 3.2ghz with integrated graphics
8 gb ram
My computer name is Optiplex 7010( the smallest version ).
Do you think if I buy the gpu it will still work?

I know that some here will disagree with me, but personally I think you'll be fine. The power supplies in those computers are actually not too bad, they even have a gold rating. As long as you don't go overclocking anything, your actual power draw will probably never exceed 150-180w, so I think you will be ok. If you don't want to risk it, then the GT 1030 would be a good low power alternative.

I think the OP has the SFF and not the USFF. I looked at this when he said he had the small one, but the only one with a 240w PSU was the SFF, which does have a 16x slot. I assume he knows what his computer can take as he did know it would have to be low profile.
