Issue:
First off, I'll start by saying that I'm assuming this issue is caused by the fact that I have 2 x (2 x 8 GB) sets of my RAM, instead of a single 4 x 8 set, but I'm more wondering if there is anything I can do to reach desired speeds.

So, I have Trident Z RGB 3000mhz RAM. On its own (either one of the 2 x 8 sets alone) will reach 3000mhz. Together though, they will not. If I try to put them at anything above 2400mhz, my pc will turn off and turn on 3 times and then reveal this screen

It says that the RAM is DDR4-2133, but it's DDR4-3000. The real part that confuses me is that it claims that it is 2133hz, but runs at 2400mhz. I am just hoping there is some way to also get the missing 600mhz of speed here. Thanks in advance.
