3000mhz ram unlocking to 2733mhz only

Hi!

I have 3000mhz corsair ram in pair with r5 1600 and Gigabyte GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 mobo.

When i turn on XMP my ram is only at 2133mhz but when i manually OC them i can go as far as 2733mhz. Any ides why can't i go on full 3000mhz?

Have you updated the motherboard's bios to the latest version? Do so if you haven't because a lot of memory issues were addressed.
