The Dynex is a 420 watt power supply with 520 watts PEAK. They do not even show rail distribution. I think I would avoid.
The other one is rated for 25c. So do not expect full power on a hot say in a computer case.

Of all this my bet would have to be the Antec VP450, while it only has 360 watts @ 12 volts(at least they are willing to give honest info), that should have you covered and it has the required 6 pin cable.

I would still be interested to know how many amps @ 12 volts the stock power supply has.

I would have to agree with the above user that a larger power supply may be required.

I also want to point out that most HP systems due to very basic board design are VERY energy efficient.

If you have got the Envy line you would have got a 460 watt power supply.

Please check the power supply in the system if you have already bought it to see if it does or does not have the 75 watt pci-e power connector.

Some 300 watt power supply have the connector and can run a 650 ti. It is not exactly the most demanding card on the market power wise. It is rated at a PEAK of 110 watts, but most come under 90 watts in actual use.

The quality of the power supply as well as the power draw of the rest of the system is what matters.

Edit...

Point in case

i5 750 with some gentle undervolting + gtx 650 ti running Guild Wars 2 and Prime95(not 100%(93%) load because if I let prime take any more the video card no longer has enough work to do).

You can see the power in HWmon
