300w graphics card?

I currently have a zotac gt 240 1gb version, what can I upgrade to without upgrading the power supply?(300w)

gt440 will also run without external power.

Remember all the cards that run without external power still draw that power from the power supply but just through the mb slot.

40$ for a new power supply, and 100$ for a new card, it can go higher if you see that its needed
