[SOLVED] 3060 or get 3060 ti ?

Unfortunately, Nvidia's SKIPPING the 3060 FE, so the 329USD MSRP may as well be a lie.

So, if you can, 1st choice would be a 3060Ti FE.
The FEs are the only cards running anywhere close to Nvidia's MSRP... unfortunately(again), Best Buy is the only official retailer for those models, I think.

As for any of the aftermarket models: that's on you, mate.

Honestly, I don't see much point in bothering to put 12GB of vram on a mid range card. In say 2 years when the RTX 40 series is possibly due for release, 12-16GB will make more sense, since most of the games people will play right now and in the next year or so, will likely not even need more than 8GB at 1440p. The 3060/TI are 1080p-1440p GPUs, 4K res with these cards is an afterthought in my opinion, even when using DLSS.
