Hi guys, I have a new PC and recently I've been playing AC Origins and I think I've got the same issue with marvel's spiderman but here's more exagerated. From time to time the GPU usage will drop to 0%. And the GPU usage never reaches 100% while playing the game. Here's the specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-12600K 4.9 GHz
GPU: Asus TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3070 Ti OC Edition 8GB GDDR6X
Motherboard: Gigabyte B660 GAMING X DDR4
PSU: Corsair RM White Series RM750 750W 80 Plus Gold Full Modular
Storage: Samsung 980 SSD 1TB PCIe 3.0 NVMe M.2
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 PC4-25600 16GB 2X8GB CL16

UserBenchmarks: Game 157%, Desk 109%, Work 164%
CPU: Intel Core i5-12600K - 106.4%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070-Ti - 147.2%
SSD: Samsung 980 NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB - 276.7%
USB: SanDisk Cruzer Blade 32GB - 14%
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 104.3%
MBD: Gigabyte GA-B660 GAMING X DDR4

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Try running DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers. Then manually reinstall your GPU drivers with the latest found off of Nvidia's support site. What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? If you had to do the build all over again, I'd have chosen a Z series chipset motherboard, a dual channel DDR4-3600MHz ram kit and a higher wattage PSU.
