I just got a 3070ti like 3-4 days ago and I noticed that I am not getting the FPS I should. For example on apex on benchmarking videos I should be getting 180-200+ fps and I am getting 60 fps in the air and even on the ground it fluxuates between 100-130 dropping into the 80s sometimes. Also, on games like Farming Simulator I am running around 60-70 fps at max graphics and my gpu usage is only around 50%. I am on 1080p I am going to get a 1440p monitor soon but I want to know if 1080p is simply too low for the card to be used to its potential or if it is something else. Despite it not being utilized fully on games, I benchmarked it using Ungine Heaven and on max settings I got at average of 180 fps and a score of 4544 and it seemed to be utilized pretty good there.

Specs:
EVGA FTW3 GeForce RTX 3070 Ti
Ryzen 5 3600XT
2x 8gb Gskill Trident Z 3600 Mhz
600w EVGA 80+ Bronze PSU

Solution
For the Cores click in the search bar and type msconfig and go to the boot tab -> click on advanced options and the checkbox at "number of processor" should be unchecked. If it's checked please remove that apply and reboot PC.

As for the RAM speed kurdtnz told you to go in the BIOS and activate the XMP profile for the RAM.

You are losing a lot of performance with those 2.
Dont think the problem is with your GPU. On your userbenchmark score, it says your cpu is '3 cores 6 threads' when it should be '6 cores 12 threads.' Also, your RAM is only running at 2133MHz, you need to enable XMP in the BIOS to get it to run at 3600MHz. I also noticed your drives are really full, one with only 8GB free space and the other at 43GB free space which will impact on your system. The big problem is your CPU though, we need to find out why it is only showing 3 cores and 6 threads. Hopefully someone can advise you how to fix this issue.
