[SOLVED] 3070ti - power supply

Hi,

I've just purchased a 3070ti (Gigabyte - Aorus Master), and it has 3 power connector slots: 2 x 8 pin & 1 x 6 pin.

I've run 2 leads from my modular power supply; using both connectors on 1 lead & 1 (of 2) connectors.

Is this okay?

What's the make and exact Model number of your current PSU ? How many PCI-e 6+2 PIN cables are there in it ? Post a pic of the installed GPU and cables as well, if possible.

Probably. It would be better if you listed the brand, model and age of your power supply to be sure.

The PSU is: Corsair HX850i (‎CP-9020073-UK).

These 2 are the only PCI-e leads connected. I have a couple of SATA leads also connected for hard drives & RGB.

Good power supply. I see no problem.
