Question 3080 FE Issues

I am having several issues with my new 3080 FE. In gpu-z and hwinfo, the only info that is available about it is the temp and memory usage, the rest just says 0. Also, my computer is extremely slow now and is crashing almost every 5 minutes. I tried opening overwatch, and I didn't even hit 30 fps in the main menu. I have installed the drivers multiple times, uninstalled with ddu in safe mode, and still nothing. I've also tried reseating it. This is extremely frustrating and google can't help me either.

Can anyone help me?

CPU: Ryzen 9 3900x
GPU: RTX 3080 FE
MOBO: MSI MPG x570 Gaming Plus
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z 2x16 3200mhz
PSU: EVGA 1000 G3

Also, I managed to turn off g-sync just now by plugging in another monitor, so now my desktop isn't slow anymore. However, I opened Overwatch and the performance issue persists. Also, I forgot to mention I also tried updating my BIOS, which didn't fix anything either.

I have many times, and I've also tried older drivers and those didn't work either.

What OS are you running? Is this in a VM/hypervisor?
Also, what does CPU-Z say about the installed GPU?
