Hello,

So I maxed out all settings in RDR2 (highest possible) and ran the benchmark.

On 1920x1080
I got Maximum 46 FPS.
Brand new 3080 TUF OC 10G

Was expecting something around ~150 FPS, at 1080p...

I know there are many people having this issue, but my searches didn't bring me to any solutions.
It could be a driver issue, but how do we know. And yes I tried DDU, latest drivers and power plan.

Win10 x64
4790K
2x8GB Corsair

Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks.

try running userbenchmark, then link url result

how much overclock does your CPU have? as this game can run fine on 4core/8thread cpu, it still heavily usses first core (cpu0), which bottlenecks fps a bit if u dont overclock on this cpu
are u running vulkan? (not dx12) it should give u some extra few fps (less cpu work)

For sure that seems quite low, but considering the CPU you are using and how RDR2 is decently heavy on the CPU, I'm not that surprised.

You will be cpu limited. On holdfast i get a similar issue with a 3070 paired with i5-7600... i get 70fps on 1080 very low setting and i get 70fps on 1440p extreme setting. So try bumping your settings up and put some more load on the gpu
