Am looking to get a new PC and with the market being scalped, pre-built seems like the best option.

I've been using the 8700k & 1080ti & Acer Predator 32" 4k monitor for a few years and been only playing moba games so was able to get by with the 1080ti but with Lost Ark just came out, I think I might need a better GPU.

I have below are 3 options from Newegg and Amazon that seems like a good deal. Please recommend which I should go with and/or recommend a different setup/pc if better and available else where. Thank you so much!

I've read that the new 12900k is better than the 5950x in most cases but only by a small margin but the temps are definitely higher. On the other hand, going with the 5950x will give me the 3080ti but it is open box so I am not sure how I feel about it. Or I could save some money and go with the Alienware R10 for $2500 and it still has decent parts with the 6800xt and 5900. I am not exactly doing anything crazy CPU intensive thus any of the above will be plenty for me because I only have like 30 chrome tabs & 1-2 games open at the same time.

I am sorta leaning torward the 12900k option because it allows me to have the newer DDR5 ram but also it is not Open Box hahaha. Unless someone has something good to say about the Newegg Open Box. Also, does anyone know when the new 6000x Ryzen CPUs will be out?

https://www.newegg.com/abs-ala256-legend/p/N82E16883360170R?quicklink=true (5950x & 3080 ti) = $3230 (OPEN BOX)

there have been more and more RTX 3000 & RX 6000 series cards available all the time lately for MSRP.
getting one of these with a i7-12700K / i5-12600K and building your own is a much better option than either of these you have listed.

if you're really interested in DDR5, prices are still at a premium so it will be quite a bit more $ with minimal noticeable difference in overall performance vs a higher speed DDR4 kit.

one such currently available RTX 3080 Ti @ MSRP:

Ok so if you are playing at 4k the GPU is the priority. Ive seen people play 4k60 with a ryzen 3600 and a 3080ti. With that being said the 12900k and 3080 option isn't good part selection for 4k. And neither is the Alienware and those suck anyway. And the third option is out of stock. And you want to make sure you get something good for $3000. I would highly recommend a custom build. something like this would be great for 4k and would ensure you get quality components. If you don't need dlss you could save about $500 and go with the 6900xt.

I was actually thought about doing the custom build through Alienware. The R13 with the 12900k & 6900xt & 64gb DDR5 and it came out to be about $3800ish before tax. Do you prefer the 6900xt over 3080 ti?

definitely not.
they are very good for overall fps but have sub-par support for Ray-Tracing and for their FSR technology vs Nvidia's DLSS.

if you can find one that offers a higher-end reliable power supply, a good CPU cooler, and has adequate airflow throughout the case go for it.
but you will usually be paying $800-1200 extra just for the Alienware branding.

you also will not be able to do any customizing or hardware upgrades to the system without voiding their short limited warranty so keep that in mind for the future of this system.

the 2 cards will basically match without dlss and fsr but dlss is much better than fsr. That Alienware isn't a great deal from what @JohnBonhamsGhost said and you don't need a 12900k and 64gbs ram for gaming. What you should try is go down to 1080p low settings and see if your CPU can push the frames you want and if it does than you could just upgrade the psu and get a 3080 ti.
