Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if having multiple displays at 4k would be "too much" for the 3080 to handle?

Currently I have 4 displays, 2 are ancient Samsung 1080p monitors from 2010/2011, and 2 are 4k (Eve Spectrum, and LG 55" OLED)

I wanted to replace my 1080p monitors because I've run out of desk space and these ones can't mount onto a vesa arm, and since i'll be replacing them i figured why not just get more 4k.

Although I'd have 4 monitors, I only use the LG tv as an additional monitor if I need more real estate which is not frequent but does happen time to time. I'll also only game on one monitor.

I don't expect there to be issues but I figured I'd ask just in case, rather not pay the 5% restocking fee lol

thanks!

Solution
Yes, a 3080 should be able to handle 4 4K displays, however, one is going to be an HDMI 2.1 output on a standard card. As long as three of them support Display Port directly, they should all work fine.

Actually not familiar with how adapters would deal with that, hasn't come up.
