Your system is fine as is for 3080ti. Ram could have been cl16 but that's only minor picking. You have enabled xmp in bios yeah?
I kind of want to upgrade my case... I have a fear that the 3080TI might be too big for it... since the CPU Cooler sits in the front of my case...

I picked the wrong ram. I have the DDR4 2x16 GB 3600MHz... Vengeance RGB PRO

Isn't XMP for Intel only? I don't know what XMP does for me? Please help if you have time. I appreciate your response.

Running ram above default Jedec speed (2133) for either Intel or Amd requires xmp (docp for Amd Asus boards). If you haven't enabled xmp then your ram isn't running at 3600. You can confirm this with cpuz memory tab, frequency value. Times frequency by two and that's your double data rate. I suspect it'll say 1066 instead of 1800.

Hey now, I wasn't trying to stop you... if you want to change it, that's your choice. 🆒

All I did was take a look at Cooler Master's website and check Pcpartpicker on 3080Ti lengths. [I already knew the LF II's depth.]
Out of 47 3080Tis listed there, only 2 didn't fit, and it wasn't any of Asus' models.

Which one would you buy within 200 dollar range? I liked the Gundam Asus one but not sure if it has good reviews

Docp should be as easy as setting 3600 docp profile in memory settings, save & reboot. Verify speed with cpuz. Can see memory speed in Win10 task manager -> memory too but windows has been known to be flakey in it's reporting. Cpuz is more accurate.

2133 vs 3600, significant uplift in frame rates since cpu deals gpu frames first to render. Ryzen's memory controller's performance relies on memory speed so your 3070 would have been lacking, 20 or so fps maybe more, if ram wasn't running at potential.
