2 days ago i sold my PC (6800 XT, 5800X3D and 32gb RAM), i simply like to sell my pc every year and try to get better one for same money. I ordered ryzen 7 9700x, B650 aorus elite ax v2, 32gb trident z5 neo 6000 mhz cl30, and found a used 3090 and hx1200 for 500€/$. On previous pc i was getting like 200-300fps on warzone. (I have 240hz 1080p monitor).

Watching videos on youtube, im seeing 3090 hitting like 160 on warzone 1080p, most of them showing 150-200 fps, but i did found some videos where people hit 300fps on mp and 200+ on wz, which is actually realistic. The question is how true is that, i strongly believe that 3090 MUST perfrome better than 6800xt. Any opinions, or even better: any 3090 users on warzone 1080p with good processor here? Is it just me trippin or nvidia is paying those guys to show 3090 is bad so people buy 40 series lol. Btw i wanna buy 3090 because i dont have anymore money. Im missing money even for case😂

In all honesty, Nvidia do not need to sabotage their own products with bad benchmarks, they'll simply release bad drivers or price their latter generation GPU's to be similar or better than that prior generation. The RTX3080 is comparable to the RX 6800XT. The RX6950XT is comparable tot he RTX3090.

Last I recalled, CoD titles were backed by Nvidia which is why they'd show better details/frames/results. Just another FYI, CoD have been all over the place with most of their titles at varying times of the year, sometimes they have a bug and their performance numbers tank.

Lastly, I wouldn't get an RTX3090 for 1080p gaming(more like a 1440p card but not up to the mark for a 4K card), regardless of the refresh rate you're looking at.

Where are you located? The RTX 3090 is faster than the RX 6800xt ON AVERAGE. But there will definitely be titles where it will under perform, and others where it will over perform. Honestly it's not much of an upgrade, maybe 10 - 15% on average, you're unlikely to really notice it. For an upgrade that you would actually notice you would have to move to an RX 7900 XTX or RTX 4080 (super). I've included a review with all the cards in question, and one for the 9700x, it's about 5% faster. If you're looking to spend around 500 euros, I would look at a new 7900 GRE. It's faster than the 3090, and there is the potential for a memory overclock that will give it performance similar to a 7900 XT. Also, are you telling me that you spend money every year, on what is likely to be, a very small, and likely not very noticable change?

Im located in europe, Bosnia and Herzegovina, long story about pcs, but have in mind i started with 5600x and 6800xt and now im on am5 9700x and 3090 for just like 150$ more, i dont invest more than 1250$ on pc rn. Im using pc only for warzone and i like pcs generally, thats why i like to change components, cases etc. To follow the trend every year with latest gpu and cpu is very expensive, you must force sell old parts.. i understand RTX 4000 and RX 7000 are better, but i simply cant afford it. also if i can earn some money on pc i sell it immiedatly so i can maybe move on newer one. Rn i have 500$ left and i need gpu psu and case, found 3090 with psu of my choice for 500$ and now im missing case which i will buy later maybe, will see, i dont know.

This is the pc i sold for 1400$
https://olx.ba/artikal/64000315
6800xt tuf, 5800x3d, x570 prime pro, 2x16 cl16 3600mhz corsair rt and evga g3 1000w 80plus

Now i got 3090 gigabyte eagle, 9700x, 2x16 trident z5 neo rgb 6000mhz cl30, b650 aorus elite ax v2 and psu of my choice for the same money, im just missing the case which i will buy from additional money, probably something like thermaltake view 270 or h6 flow which is i think worth moving to am5 platform and like 15% more performance? Also i can sell this new for maybe 1700, or at least i can get my money back in 1 year to move on better if i save some money. About 3090 and psu, im not ordering, its in my town so imma check it personally, the guy is getting rid of it🙂.
