30fps vs 45fps in Crysis 3

Is there a huge, or at least noticeable difference when gaming at 30fps vs 45fps in Crysis 3?
I'll be gaming at 4K with maximum graphics settings turned out.

yes the big difference will be that if you are riding right at the 30 line when something big happens it will dip and you will really notice if the card has the power to hit 45 when that dip comes you might not even notice it because it never went under 30
