Question 30Mbs can't stream 1080p youtube videos

I cannot stream 1080p60fps videos on youtube without it lagging? The video loads insanely slow and I have to wait.

Over a cable connection or wireless? I would assume wireless, as those Speedtest results for an Ethernet connection should have no lag or buffering issues.
